Cancellation Policy
IV ME UP Booking Policy At IV ME UP, we strive to deliver high-quality, convenient mobile IV hydration services directly to your home, office, or hotel. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our booking policy: Appointments: All IV appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or text. Same-day appointments are subject to nurse availability and are not guaranteed. Deposit: If you choose not to pay the full amount at booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total treatment cost. If our nurse arrives and you choose not to proceed with treatment for any reason, or if treatment cannot be completed due to medical reasons or inability to access a vein, the $100 deposit will be retained and is non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. Group Bookings: For groups of three or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final headcount must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Medical Clearance: All clients must complete a brief medical intake form prior to treatment. In most cases, a telehealth consultation with our medical provider may be required for clearance. Service Area: We currently serve Orange County and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service zone. Payments: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit/debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and select mobile payment platforms.
