IV ME UP Website Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with IV ME UP, you agree to the following cancellation terms and conditions, which are designed to protect the time and availability of our licensed medical professionals and ensure fairness for all clients:
1. Payment and Booking
All services must either be paid in full or have a deposit placed at the time of booking. For appointments made over the phone, a full payment or a deposit is required to secure your booking. Payments and deposits secure your appointment slot and reserve the time of a licensed professional.
2. Refund Policy
All bookings are considered final and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. In certain approved cases where a refund is granted, a $100 administrative fee may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover processing, scheduling, and administrative costs. Full refunds are not provided for missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made without the required notice. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
3. Cancellation Notice Requirements
To cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty, you must provide notice at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than one hour in advance will incur a $100 cancellation fee for each booked service.

Please include your full name, appointment time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
5. Refusal of Services by Medical Professional
Our licensed medical staff may, at their sole discretion, determine whether services can be safely administered. Services may be declined for reasons including but not limited to:

You appear to be under the influence of alcohol, illicit drugs, or controlled substances.

You provide inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified medical information.

You exhibit unsafe behavior or any condition that may pose a risk to yourself or the staff.

You have a medical condition that contraindicates the requested therapy.
In these cases, you will be charged a $100 clinical assessment and refusal fee for each booked service. If a refund is issued under these circumstances, the $100 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Authorization for Payment
By scheduling an appointment and accepting these terms, you authorize IV ME UP to charge your credit card or any other payment method on file for:

The full cost of the scheduled service(s)

Any applicable cancellation or refusal fees

Related taxes or administrative charges
This authorization remains valid until you cancel it in writing and settle any outstanding balance.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
