Our Story
I’m Neda, a Physician Associate and the founder of IV ME UP. My mission is simple: to make wellness and recovery easy, accessible, and convenient for everyone in our community.
Through my collaboration with Dr. K. Michell Naficy, an expert in Family Practice and Addiction Medicine with over 30 years of clinical experience, every IV we offer is physician-created to ensure the highest level of safety and effectiveness. Our team of incredible Registered Nurses delivers these treatments with the same skill and compassion you’d expect in a medical setting—brought directly to the comfort of your home, office, or event.

Dr. K. Michell Naficy
Medical Director
Dr. K. Michell Naficy is a board-certified physician with more than 30 years of experience in Family Practice and Addiction Medicine. Throughout his career, Dr. Naficy has been recognized for his clinical excellence, compassionate patient care, and integrative approach to health and wellness. His medical philosophy centers on treating the whole person—addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of healing.
As the Medical Director of IV ME UP, Dr. Naficy oversees all clinical protocols to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality in IV hydration and vitamin therapy. His extensive background in primary care and addiction recovery supports IV ME UP’s mission to provide restorative, evidence-based treatments that enhance overall wellbeing.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Naficy enjoys spending time with his family, and staying active. His leadership and expertise are instrumental in guiding IV ME UP’s commitment to exceptional patient care and innovation in mobile IV therapy.

IV ME UP is staffed with a highly skilled Physician Associate who is committed to providing top-notch medical care to our clients. With a deep understanding of medical science and a passion for patient care, our PA ensures that every client receives the attention and treatment they need. When she’s not administering IV hydration treatments, you can find her paddleboarding on the nearest body of water. Whether she’s in the clinic administering IV hydration treatments or outside enjoying the great outdoors with her family, our PA brings a positive attitude and a caring spirit to everything she does.
